Items purchased online are replaced and returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 No. 217 “Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items” approved by the rules for the return and exchange of items, except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (when the contract is concluded for the sale of hygiene products – bed linen; see information on the website of VšĮ “Vartotojų centras” http ://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, “Peculiarities of return and exchange of non-food items” item 18.). In all cases, the money for the returned goods shall be transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

In order to return the item(s) in accordance with Clause 8.1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the items to the Buyer by informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned item, the order number and the reasons for the return. In all cases, the money for the returned items shall be transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

When returning items, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:

– The items must be undamaged by the Buyer;
– The item must be unused, without losing its appearance as a product (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
– The returned item must be of the same type as received by the Buyer;
– When returning the item, it is necessary to provide a purchase document.
– The Seller has the right not to accept the item returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the items.
– When returning the wrong item, the Seller undertakes to take back such items and replace them with similar suitable items.
-In the event that the Seller does not have the items suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the price for delivery.
